Product Introduction
Forskolin is a cell-permeable diterpenoid isolated from the root of Coleus forskohlii(Lamiaceae). It is the most well-known direct activator of adenylyl cyclase (AC), raising intracellular cAMP levels in a receptor-independent manner, and is widely used as a positive control in cAMP/PKA pathway research.
Our Forskolin is offered at ≥98% / ≥99% HPLC (research grade) and also 10% / 20% / 40% HPLC (Coleus forskohlii root extract, for supplement use). White to off-white crystalline powder, strictly −20 °C sealed storage for long-term stability.
